This exceptionally spacious condominium is situated just off Main Street in downtown Winter Park, offering stunning mountain views and convenient access to shops, restaurants, outdoor activities and various events\.
The Moose Haven, aptly named for its mountain\-themed décor, has undergone a comprehensive renovation, making it an exceptional vacation rental for families\.
The kitchen, which has been recently renovated, features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, newly installed cabinets, and seating for four at the breakfast bar, all while being seamlessly connected to the main living area\.
The primary floor plan features hardwood flooring that complements the western log furnishings and the vaulted ceilings of the dining area, which is adorned with numerous windows offering splendid views and access to a private deck that showcases breathtaking mountain scenery\.  The living room provides ample space to relax on the generous couches after a day of outdoor adventures, and it also includes a Smart TV and a fireplace for added comfort\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\.
The primary bedroom features a king\-sized bed, a flat screen Smart TV and a remodeled en\-suite bathroom\.   The second bedroom is ideal for children, equipped with cozy queen bunk beds, a flat screen Smart TV and a Pac\-Man video game\.
The unit is equipped with extra features such as a private sauna and specially designed inflatable mattress for guests to utilize as supplementary bedding\.
The amenities at the clubhouse feature an indoor heated pool, hot tubs available both indoors and outdoors, a fitness center, and an outdoor firepit, providing a perfect way to unwind after a full day of skiing or riding\.
