Located in the quiet Snowcreek complex, you are just a short walk away from the Mammoth Creek park with kids playground, grassy area with picnic tables, and of course Mammoth Creek  ideal spot for kids to fish, run free, and enjoy the great outdoors\. The master bedroom features a King bed with flatscreen TV, while the alcove has a Twin bunkbed set\. The bathroom with shower/tub combo and separate vanity/sink area for all to share\. From the dining area that seats 4, this unit has an open deck with gas BBQ grill\. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and additional bar seating for 4 making preparing family meals a breeze, equipped with AirFryer\. Cozy up and enjoy the warmth from the pellet stove in the living room and watch the flatscreen TV, with a full sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations\. There is even a desk nook if you need to get some remote work or school done\.
