## Description
This beautiful property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located in the quiet community of the highly sought after Snowcreek Phase V\. Enjoy sweeping mountain views off the back deck complete with gas grill, or watch a movie on the flatscreen TV and cozy up next to the gas fireplace\. The second master bedroom is located downstairs and also features an attached private bathroom, Queen bed, flatscreen TV and outdoor access to the downstairs deck with mountain views\. The third bedroom is perfect for singles and is equipped with two sets of bunk beds \(4 Twin beds in total\) and a flatscreen TV\. There is a hallway bathroom and separate laundry room with  no wet ski clothes in the morning\!

This home offers a private 1\-car garage with driveway parking for another vehicle\.
