## Description
This 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom condo is perfect for a large family with kids\! The spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, cozy pellet stove, upgraded luxury vinyl planking, and balcony with gorgeous mountain views\. The home is equipped with a private washer and dryer that comes in handy on those Winter storm days\. Lots of natural light from all sides on this corner home\! Enjoy the convenient location of the Mammoth Creek and tons of hiking and biking trails nearby\. The first bedroom located on the bottom level features a King bed, flatscreen TV and en\-suite full bathroom\. The second bedroom, also downstairs, has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and another en\-suite full bathroom\. The loft, located on the top level, is great for the kids to have their own space while on vacation\. It features a King bed, as well as a bunk bed with two Twin beds\. There is even a comfy couch, flatscreen TV and DVD player to keep them busy and entertained while you relax downstairs after a long day on the hill\. The Snowflower complex is conveniently located near town and the Snowcreek golf course, making it a perfect getaway for Winter or Summer\. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more\. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people, and no smoking is permitted\. Pet\-friendly for one dog, upon approval\. There are 3 steps to this unit and there are 3 levels inside\.
