Adjacent to the community pool and spa and not far from the tennis courts, this condo enjoys partial views of the Sherwin Mountains\. The living area features a large comfortable section \(with sleeper sofa\) so all of the family can cozy up around the wood burning fireplace\. The open plan kitchen and dining area allows for great social evenings with dining for 6 and counter bar stools for additional seating for 3\. Equipped with a 42" flatscreen TV with cable, DVD player for entertainment, a full bath and private deck on this level\. The upstairs loft is a great spot for one family or the kiddos offering 2 twin beds and one queen bed, with flatscreen TV\. The master downstairs features a King bed, TV and full en\-suite bath\. The second bedroom on the downstairs entry level features a Queen bed and en\-suite full bath\. The unit also offers a private washer/dryer in unit so you can keep up with the chores\!
