## Description
This spacious 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom townhouse in Mammoth Lakes is just across the street from Snowcreek golf course, walking distance to the center of town and right on the Red Line Winter shuttle route\. This warmly decorated townhouse offers a mountain cabin feel with all the amenities you would need\. Adjacent to the community pool and spa and not far from the tennis courts, this condo enjoys partial views of the Sherwin Mountains and Mammoth Mountain\. The living area features a large flatscreen Smart TV with DVD player and streaming capabilities \(no cable\), and seating for everyone to gather around the pellet stove fireplace\. The open plan kitchen and dining area allows for great social evenings with dining for 6 and counter bar stools for additional seating for 2\. The fully\-stocked kitchen allows you to prepare full meals, with all the appliances needed\. Enjoy Grilling on the BBQ on the private deck, and lastly there is an additional full bath with walk\-in shower on this level\. The upstairs open loft is a great spot for the kiddos or singles offering 4 twin beds\.
