Please note that check\-in is always at 4:00 PM\. Due to a system glitch on Airbnb, you may see an option to select a different check\-in time, but please disregard this\. We kindly ask that you assume and expect check\-in to be at 4:00 PM, as this is the earliest the property will be ready for your stay\.

Resort Policies:

Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old\. If you are under 25, please have someone 25 or older from your group complete the booking\. The primary guest \(25\+\) must be present and staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation\.

HVAC professionals recommend this to help prevent the AC unit from freezing or experiencing other issues\. We've had multiple urgent repairs in the past that could have been avoided by following this guideline\.
