Well\-appointed 1 bedroom condo high above Sandy Beach\. This Sonoran Sky unit is on the 11th floor, with commanding views and a heightened sense of exclusivity\. The Sonoran Sky leads in word of mouth approval, due to its unique single tower design, elegant architecture, great beach location, and exceptional amenities\. 

There are premium design touches throughout\. The main living space has a leather sofa\. Cable, Wifi, a DVD player, and Smart TV including surround sound make up the entertainment center\. Complete kitchen necessities include a coffee maker\. This area is appointed in dark wood and deep granite, with stainless steel appliances\. In\-unit washer and dryer as well\. A memory foam King\-sized bed, and wall mount DVD/TV accent the bedroom\. Ample patio furniture creates a space where you may find yourself spending most of your time\!

NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children\.  \(Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store\)\. There is no sofa bed in this unit\.
