You will absolutely love staying in this spacious 5 bedroom, 4\.5 bath home on a vineyard in Cornville, Arizona\. Fall head over heels with an open floor plan and comfortable furniture that the whole family will love\. There is a spectacular living room with plentiful amounts of light coming in from the towering ceilings, perfect for family gatherings after your day adventures\. You will not believe the majestic 360\~ views right outside every window\.

\~We are not able to accommodate an early check\-in or late check\-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind 
\~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age\. 
\~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap\.
\~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago\.
\~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking\. 
\~Utility caps apply\.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer\- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure\.
\~All last\-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee\.
\~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet\-approved\. Select homes are pet\-approved\.
\~No Smoking 
\~No large gatherings 
\~No mailbox access will be granted 
\~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed\. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature 
\~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises\. $1000\.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check\-out, or smoke detected in the house\. Our no\-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens\.
\~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
\~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock\.  We appreciate your cooperation in advance\.
