The second floor has a fully furnished kitchen, a living room / dining room combination, a half bathroom, washer/dryer and a spacious balcony\. The unit has new furniture and rugs to ensure your vacation is relaxing\. The open living room features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open the balcony\. The oversized balcony overlooks the lake in Southbay that offers relaxing views of ducks and turtles\. The dining area adjacent to the living room features a table with seating for 6\.

This unit is within walking distance to all the amenities of South Bay including the beautiful white beaches of the Emerald Coast\.
