Welcome to “South Beach I”\! This 5\-bedroom, 4\.5\-bathroom pet\-friendly home is located only 350 feet from the Surfside beach\! This home features a large open kitchen/dining/living area with durable tile flooring\. The kitchen is well\-equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal for a guest\. Right off the living area is a large deck with furniture\. One bedroom is located on the first floor\. This bedroom features views overlooking to pool, two full beds, and a private bathroom with a double sink\. The other four bedrooms are located upstairs with upper\-level deck access from one of the bedrooms\. This raised\-style beach house allows for vehicle parking underneath\. Enjoy the private pool located in the back of the home\. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet\-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced\.

Including resort\-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread\-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home \(including sleeper sofas\)\.
