This condo has been renovated with new flooring, new furniture, new artwork, and new sliding doors\.  It has an open floor plan with coastal furnishings that will remind you day and night that you have arrived at the beach\. It features 2 private balconies, free parking, and free high speed WiFi \(400 Mbps\)\.  Elevated deck chairs make for a picturesque view of beach\.

The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort\. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment\.
