Ocean view studio on the 11th floor of South Hampton has been renovated with new flooring, new furniture, and new artwork\.  It has 2 queen beds, work / study desk area, coffee maker and small fridge\. Easily take a book, your laptop, coffee and cocktails out to your own private balcony and enjoy all the stunning sunrises and sunsets\. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi \(400 Mbps\)\.

The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort\. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment\.  

Embassy Suite's  pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included \(Embassy does not sell pool passes\)\.

Weekly and monthly discounts available\. $300 security deposit held\.

This condo can be rented with South Hampton 1110 next door to create a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath combo for extra guests\.
