Ocean view studio on the 14th floor of South Hampton has been renovated with new furniture, and new artwork\.  It has a work / study desk area, coffee maker and small fridge\. Easily take a book, your laptop, coffee and cocktails out to your own private balcony and enjoy all the stunning sunrises and sunsets\. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi \(400 Mbps\)\.

The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort\. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment\.  

Embassy Suite's  pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included \(Embassy does not sell pool passes\)\.

This condo can be rented with South Hampton 1110 next door to create a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath combo for extra guests\.
