Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort is conveniently located just a mile from the casino district, and other area attractions\.

Enjoy comfort in accommodations featuring one king size bed, pull out sleeper sofa and full bathroom\. Enjoy the convenience of the full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker among many other modern appliances\. Additional in\-room amenities include cable television, VCR/DVD player, internet, iron/ironing board, electric fireplace and air conditioning\.

Guests will have access to the resort restaurant and cocktail lounge \(hours available at the resort\), business center, BBQ grills, activity center \(fees apply\), game room, fitness center \(age restrictions apply\), picnic table, convenience shop, massage services \(fees apply\), indoor pool and outdoor pool and hot tub\.

South Lake Tahoe lies on the shore of North America’s largest alpine lake, making way for watersports like boating, fishing, and skiing\. There are bike and hiking trails wrapped around the lake, with restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping areas located in the city\. At North Lake Tahoe, there are endless panoramas of the Basin—drawing not only vacationers but also the world’s leading scientists and political leaders\. A collection of 12 resorts and towns provide a lively array of dining, nightlife and entertainment options\.

A vehicle will be needed to reach most local activities, shops and restaurants\.

Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb\. Guests checking in must be 21\+ \-  Much like a hotel, a valid government \- issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit\.

All lodging establishments including Vacation Home Rentals \(VHRs\) collecting 14% transient occupancy tax \(TOT\) \.
The SLT Tourism Improvement District fee is $5\.50 per night for timeshares and agent\-managed vacation home rentals\.

Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in \(the resort's front desk will need this information at check in\) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation\. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight \(resort local time\)\. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation\.

The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests\.
