Are you ready to experience a private gated community nestled on the beach? This 6th floor, 1,000 square foot beachfront condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twin beds, and two bathrooms\.

The interior of the unit takes its design cues from the surrounding beach, with sand\-colored floors, ocean\-themed fabrics and designs, and nautical décor\. Sliding glass doors brighten the living room with natural light\. Decorative touches like fish, sandpipers and indoor ferns enhance the feeling of tropical tranquility\. 

The kitchen features quartz counter tops embellished with continued oceanic decorations\. You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit\-down dinner to tropical blended drinks to sip on the balcony as you enjoy the incomparable Marco Island sunset \(depending on the time of year\)\.

The balcony is also the ideal place to both start and end your day, with tables and chairs overlooking thick clusters of palm trees and lush tropical mangroves bordered by the turquoise ocean\.

The brightly colored bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space and both come with their own television\. The master suite also gives you sliding door access to the balcony so you can fall asleep to fragrant ocean breezes and the sound of waves breaking on the shore\.
