Southbay by the Gulf \#11 is 3\-story unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms\.  The 1st floor bedroom is set up like its own apartment with a dining table, access to the Patio/Community Pool, and a large living space\.  The main level features the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen\.  The 3rd Floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms\.  This unit is on the North side of the lake and is a short walk to the beach\.

Southbay by the Gulf is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico\. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time\. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally\. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too\. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles\.
