Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico\. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time\. Our units feature private patios to enjoy beautiful views from\. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally\. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too\. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles\. \*Beach Service Included \(2 Chairs & 1 Umbrella\)\.  Available March \- October\. This amenity is complimentary and no compensation will be offered if beach service is unavailable due to acts of God\.\*
