Kitchens are fully equipped with all cookware, ice makers, microwaves, toasters, and blenders\. Plenty of dining space and seating including 2 highchairs\. Garage parking for 6\-8 cars, plenty of additional space for rented golf carts and bicycles\. Outdoors you have 2 gas grills, plenty of beach chairs, and umbrellas\. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided\. You will have a starter set of toiletries and paper products\. 

Guests have full access to the entire home except for the locked supply closets\. The home is equipped with two EV chargers, level 2 commercial grade 48 Amp chargers\.
