HOME FEATURES

Captiva Bayside Villa 5310 features an open floor plan with brand new couches in the main living area, that allows you to enjoy views of the beautiful Bay\. The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed and en\-suite bathroom, with tub/shower combo, while the guest bedrooms are located upstairs featuring a king in the first room with ensuite bathroom and two doubles in the second room, each with a tub/shower combo as well\. If you’re not enjoying a day out on the famous white beaches of Captiva, go enjoy a dip in the community pool, picnic with the family at the community BBQ grills, or bike around the beautiful island\! 

\*While 5310 is located near the gates of a private Resort, the unit is part of a separate association within the resort\. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee\! While you won't get resort amenity access, including but not limited to: The landings waterpark, resort restaurants, golf course, beach chair cabanas, etc\. However, you will have access to our association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, and award\-winning Captiva Island beaches\!

Captiva, which is connected to Sanibel by a small bridge, is 5 miles long; and Pine Island is 17 miles in length\. Originally Captiva was part of Sanibel Island but when it was severed in 1926 by a hurricane's storm surge, Blind Pass was created separating the two islands\. Bayside Villa 5310 is located in the South Seas Resort, which offers guests 2\.5 miles of beautiful beaches with stunning sunsets nightly\.
