It offers exceptional oceanfront amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, a large lazy river, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool and an exercise facility\. Enjoy the fitness trail and oceanfront children's playground nearby\.\*\*We cannot guarantee that all amenities will be open and available during your stay\*\*Our beautiful 1500 sq\. ft\. three bedroom condominium located on the 12th offers panoramic ocean views with relaxing ocean breezes from the large private balcony\. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom\. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops\.This exceptional decorated condominium has a large master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in shower and two sinks, granite countertops and large walk\-in closet\. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV\. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and flat screen TV\. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination shower/tub\. The open living area has a sectional sofa, flat screen TV and amazing ocean views\.Enjoy golf, tennis, shopping, live shows, great dining choices in on the the most sought after oceanfront vacation spots in the world\.\*\*\*Parking is limited to two vehicles\*\*\*\~\~Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds\~\~The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats\. Any stained, non\-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges\. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes\. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided\.House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited\. We do not rent to non\-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older\.  Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds\.
