## Description
Southwinds 6 is a wonderful townhome by the beach in downtown Gulf Shores\. Easy walking access to some of the local restaurants and souvenir shops\. 

 Covered parking for your vehicle directly under this unit\! Gated pool for you to enjoy\! 

Downstairs has the living area with TV and sleeper sofa, full kitchen, 1/2 bath, washer and dryer and large balcony\. Upstairs is two bedrooms with Jack\-n\-Jill bath\. One bedroom has King and the other has two full beds\.  If you are looking for a nice retreat with a short walk or drive to local attractions, this is it\!

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season \(January and February\) require a 60 day \(two month\) minimum\. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management\. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications\.

The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels\.
