If you've been to Park City, Utah then we don’t need to describe how fantastic it is both winter and summer…and fall is truly one of the most beautiful times of the year\.  But if you've never been then come experience it and stay in this beautiful home\!  This luxury town\-home is outstanding and compliments the beautiful scenery it is surrounded by\.

It was the actual 'model home' for the exclusive community of the 'Last Sun at the Cove'\.  The furnishings and decor are therefore exquisite and well\-adorned as well as being comfortable and family\-friendly\.  It consists of over 4000 sq ft\. featuring 4 bedrooms \(including dual master suits\), 6 bathrooms, game room, 8 person spa,  stone fireplaces, gourmet kitchen, a Control 4 audio/video system, vaulted ceilings, a BBQ deck and beautiful craftsmanship throughout\.

PROPERTY LAYOUT
Upstairs: Primary suite with a King bed, private balcony, en\-suite bath with soaking tub\. Guest bedroom with a Queen Bed and en\-suite bath, 1 floor mattress\.
Middle or "Ground Level": Kitchen, dining, living area, front patio, half bath, and one guest bedroom with a King bed and en\-suite bath\.
Lower: Den, laundry room, one twin over full bunkbed, guest bedroom with king bed and en\-suite bath, 1 floor mattress\.


Guests will have access to entire home and it's available amenities\. Master closet may be closed/locked off in which case this area is not accessible to the renters\.

A property manager will be available by phone\. Should you need assistance or have questions/concerns they will be available to assist\.

It is situated across from the 10th fairway of the Park Meadows Country Club and offers unobstructed and incredible mountain, ski resort and golf course views\. The community offers a private pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, hiking/biking trails and is an8 minute drive to Park City, 6 minutes to The Canyons and 15 minutes to Deer Valley ski resorts, golf courses and Main Street\.

NEW TRANSPORTATION: Park Meadows Bus Route\! 20Tan line will pick you up right on Meadows Drive\! There won’t be transit stop poles in the upper Park Meadows area\.
