This pocket of Walnut Hills is a quiet, mostly residential area located just a 5\-minute drive to downtown\. You are a 5\-10 minute drive from Downtown and the sports stadiums and music venues, Over the Rhine, University of Cincinnati, and wonderful eating and drinking in Walnut Hills\.

Please note that this is a mixed\-income neighborhood\. A number of nearby homes have been remodeled and there is a high\-end, modern development for young professionals nearby\. Please note that because the area is still up\-and\-coming, some of our neighbors have remodeled their homes beautifully, while others could use some TLC on the exterior\. Despite this, all of our neighbors are friendly, and respectful\!

Getting around will mostly require a car or Uber\. We have ample free parking on our street, so you'll have no trouble getting around\!
