Welcome to "The Sandbar" in the highly sought\-after Harbor Club community\. This spacious and beautifully appointed home is just a short walk from the shared community hot tub and heated pool—complete with a retractable roof for year\-round enjoyment\.  Several northside beaches are nearby for a day at the lake\. 

Prepare meals in the expansive, fully equipped kitchen and gather around the separate dining room for shared meals and memories\. With five comfortable bedrooms and two inviting living areas, there’s ample space for everyone to relax and unwind\. Step outside to the backyard patio to enjoy grilling or utilize the shared fire pit\.  

Harbor Club offers convenient golf cart rentals, a second outdoor pool located by the marina, and access to boat rentals for a full resort\-style experience\. This home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it the perfect destination for your next group getaway\.  Bring your furry friends too because this cottage is dog friendly\!

FAQ:  The pool is heated with a retractable roof\. It is open all year\-round and accessible with a key fob located inside the home\.  A second outdoor pool is located at the marina and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day\.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check\-in date
