Tucked away in a tranquil residential neighborhood at the end of a quiet street along the Virgin River, this is your peaceful oasis\. The neighborhood is a peaceful haven with minimal traffic, and ample parking options\. The long driveway on the east side of the house is perfect for accommodating RVs and trailers\. Street parking is also an option\. Plus, the beautiful Confluence Park is just a short stroll away, offering fantastic hiking and biking trails\.
