LOCATION\!\!  Recently updated spacious condo Centrally with lots of Amenities\.  Walk to downtown Conway to enjoy all the unique shops\.  Swim or tube in the crystal clear Saco River which is right out your back door\.  Within 15 minutes of 4 ski areas and multiple hiking trails\.  Finished basement with multiple activities to keep kids \(or adults\) occupied, including pool and bumper pool tables, card table, air hockey and foosball\.  Or watch your watch your favorite team on the large screen tv\.

Three floors with plenty of space\.  Finished basement with lots of activities, and a 3rd floor loft area to relax while watching tv or reading a book\.

Parking is available for 2 cars\.  Garage is off\-limits to guests\.

We live right down the street if you need anything at all\!

Our home is located right off of Route 16 in a small complex with 7 other units\.

Easy walk to downtown North Conway\.  Close to Whitaker woods offering miles of walking and riding trails\.

Only guests listed on the booking are allowed to stay the night
No large parties are allowed\.
No more than 8 people allowed in the rental at anytime
