Knoxville's charm is on every side of you starting in the Old City and stretching to Market Square and beyond\! \- There is a paid public parking at Old City Public Parking at 298 E Jackson Ave, and it is just a 3\-minute walk from your unit\. Uber and Lyft are both utilized frequently in this area\. In addition, Knoxville downtown/campus areas are serviced by electric scooters if you are up for an adventure\! \- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check\-ins or late check\-outs\. You may check\-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am\. \- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent\.
