Located steps from Findlay Market, these two side\-by\-side townhomes are the perfect place to launch your Cincinnati adventure\. Walkable to everything in Over the Rhine and downtown, you'll have four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bath, and multiple roof decks and balconies\. Sip your coffee on the roof deck in the morning, walk to the stadiums and the best bakeries, cafes, bars, and restaurants in Cincinnati, or hop on the Streetcar to catch a Reds game\. You will love it here\.

Our neighborhood, Over the Rhine, is home to Cincinnati's best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries in walking distance\. We're walking distance to Music Hall and the spaces where the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony play\. If you're here for the baseball game, Great American ballpark is just over a 1 mile walk \(or rather, hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away\!\)\. We're also one of the country's largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture\.

Please note that the building does not have private parking, but there is plentiful street parking on weekdays, an affordable garage a 5\-minute walk away \(0\.3 miles walk\), and an even more inexpensive lot an 8 minute walk away\. Once settled, you can easily walk to or from most areas of Over the Rhine\. Alternatively, you can hop on the streetcar \(for free\) a few blocks away\. The streetcar will take you all the way north to Rhinegeist brewery \(also walkable\) or south all the way to the Riverfront and the ballparks\. Uber, Lime, Bird are ubiquitous and you can get almost anywhere you want on them\.
