## Description


Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the beach and relish the fabulous perfect sunny weather and laid back attitude that Southern California is famous for\. The beach is a few steps away and there are great restaurants within walking distance\. The Strand sidewalk runs north and south for 26 miles along the beach\. If you like to be active, you won't need a car\!

Our cozy duplex was built in 1932 and has been remodeled over the past decade\. We are excited about sharing our home with you\!

I am not available for a personal tour of the property during check in but am always available to answer any questions via email, text, or phone call\. Please review the house manual and house rules before your arrival and remember to bring your entry instructions\.

The apartment is located in a charming Los Angeles suburb called North Manhattan Beach\. It is within walking distance to the ocean, local restaurants and shops\. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful despite the homes being located close together \(as in all beach communities\)\. The locals gather at the end of every day on the Strand, to watch the sunset together\. There is a definite cohesiveness to the community, which adds a nice sense of security and peace\.
