SPI STR PERMIT \#2024\-00102 Bed/2 bath, full kitchen on 8th floor BEACH FRONT with OCEAN VIEWS from inside as well as the Balcony & Master PATIO that run the length of the entire condo\.    Master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom & ocean views\. Second bedroom has two queen beds\. 3 Smart TVs \(master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and living room\)  with Spectrum cable and WIFI\. Plush Towels and luscious linens and pillow top bedding  provided plus beach towels\. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home\.   Perfect for entertaining as it is equipped with granite counter tops stainless steel appliances\.   The dining area has a table with seating for 6 and additional seating at the bar area\.    Lazy Boy sectional has a queen sleeper sofa with SLUMBER AIR mattress \(the most comfortable sleeper sofa on the market\)\.   An outdoor pool and hot tub are featured at this beachfront property \- 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs,  a Beach umbrella and beach wagon make for an easy Beach day\!   Great location to watch the Summertime and Holiday Fireworks from the Front balcony\.  On site fun activities include kids grassy playground and tennis/basketball courts\. Secured Gated access as well as gated parking for your vehicle\.  We Love pets and allow them with prior approval \(max of 2 & 25 pound limit\) with non\-refundable pet fee\.   Fees listed in booking totals include Cleaning & Resort Fees   We have owned 5\* rentals on SPI for years and this beachfront unit is awaiting your 5\* review\.   Please reach out with any questions\.  Note: This complex will not allow Spring Break groups, only immediate families\.  Guest must be 25 years of age or older to enter into this agreement\.
