Location\-Location\-Location\!\! This reverse floor plan home has all the creature comforts\. Wooden walkway provides a short walk to the beach\. This home comes with a hot tub, large rooms for extra comfort and a floor plan which allows privacy for all age groups\.

OBX Semi\-Oceanfront vacation home\. One lot back from the beach in the Village at Nags Head\. Hot Tub on deck, grill, 2 outside showers\.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day\. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff\.

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Parking for 2\-3 vehicles\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
