Less than 100 yards to the oceanfront, our home is the perfect location for spending every day at the beach\. Completely renovated house with a new kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, floors, and more makes this house feel brand new\. Five spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep each guest\. This home features an open top floor, hot tub, screened in porch, covered parking, 2 outdoor showers, a fish cleaning station, and lots of deck space\. 

This home is perfect for all types of outdoor fun\. Enjoy walking or jogging along the Nags Head bike path, swimming or playing tennis at the Village Beach Club, or golfing at Nags Head Golf Course across the street\. Located close to shopping, especially the outlet mall, restaurants, water sports, fishing, putt\-putt golf and more\. Our house is the perfect place to make great summer memories\.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day\. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff\.

No Smoking/Vaping\. Pet Friendly \- Dogs Only\. Ask about our Military discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
