Nestled on a quiet cul\-de\-sac with spectacular ocean, sound and golf course views from expansive front and back decks\. Professionally decorated and designed for family privacy while vacationing\. Unique ground level den w/ full bath\.

Three lots back from the beach in the Village at Nags Head\. Hot Tub on deck, Jacuzzi, gas fireplace available mid\-September through the end of April, grill, outside shower\.

Enjoy all the amenities of the Village Beach Club with the oceanfront pool, kiddie pool and pickleball court\.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day\. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff\.

Non\-Smoking/Vaping\. No Pets\. Parking 5\-6 cars\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
