This 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bath Oceanside home in The Village at Nags Head is a fantastic choice for your next OBX vacation getaway\! Just 3 lots back from the beachfront on a quiet side street with a 12' x 24' private pool\!

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Village Beach Club access not included\. Ask about our Military Discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
