## Description
Unit \#30 \-  Fresh off a new facelift with a view of the mountain, this two\-bedroom, two\-bath, side\-unit condo comes with afternoon sun and a view of the ski slopes and mountain bike trails\. The condo has new plush carpet, while the living room has a beautiful new sofa and a 65" smart TV where you can easily log into your streaming services\.  The downstairs bedroom has a California king bed and a wall\-mounted 45" smart TV\.  The upstairs bedroom has a California king bed, two twin beds \(one is a trundle\), and a 50" smart TV\.  This unit includes the use of a locker at Canyon Lodge which means no more lugging your skis and boards to and from your condo\.  A locker in the St\. Anton parking garage is also available for you so you can store your skis and boards\.  The courtyard area has a heated pool \(in the summer only\), 2 year\-round hot tubs, BBQs, and picnic tables \(in the summer and fall\)\.  The recreation room has a dry sauna, a pool table, a kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large\-screen TV, and a sitting area with a fireplace\.
