Living room has a 42' flat screen TV with Blue ray player, master bedroom has a 40' flat screen TV\. The courtyard area has a heated pool \(summer only\), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall\. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large fireplace\.
