Unit 75 is a cozy, newly renovated one bedroom, one bath condo\. Beautifully updated unit with new gas fireplace, a 65' flat screen TV, comfortable new furniture\. You will enjoy preparing your favorite meals in the beautiful updated kitchen with new appliances\. The peaceful bedroom has a Cal king bed and a 55' flat screen TV\. The courtyard area has a heated pool \(summer only\), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall\. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large fireplace\.
