## Description
This wonderful, single\-level mountain retreat, set in the heart of Beaver Creek, offers a family room with a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a dining table for four\. Additional features include dual guest suites, each with a handsomely\-appointed bathroom \(one has a king size bed, the other has two sets of twin\-over\-double bunk beds\), a stacked washer/dryer, hardwood flooring, and ceiling fans\.

Guests will enjoy the covered terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and Village dining and shopping\. Complimentary shuttle service, a year\-round swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center and sauna are also available\.

We are currently completing exterior improvements to the property, including roof and window replacements\. Construction will be taking place throughout, and guests may experience intermittent noise as well as some impacts to access in certain areas\. We appreciate your understanding as we carry out these important upgrades during the fall 2026/27 season\.
