•Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check\-ins or late check\-outs\. You may check\-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am\.

• Driveway is on an incline\.

• Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up\. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be completely hot upon arrival\.

• Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\.

• No RV or Trailer parking\.

• We charge a $75 pet fee per pet\. This fee allows us to provide extra care and cleaning to ensure the home is fresh and comfortable for the next guests, including guests with allergies\. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone\. You will be charged for any damages caused by your pets\.
