For some well\-deserved rest and relaxation, you're just steps away from the luxurious Regal Palms, boasting a lazy river, on\-site dining, gym, arcade, and more\!

Traveling without encountering tolls, you're a mere 45 minutes from Universal Studios, 20 minutes from Disney, and an hour from MCO airport \(traffic conditions may affect travel times\)\.

Designed with comfort and Star Wars enthusiasts in mind, our home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fandom\.

Regal Palms Resort boasts top\-tier amenities including a beach\-style pool, lazy river, gym, arcade, and more, all at your disposal\.

Guest Communication
We are pleased to offer 24/7 guest support via the message thread on this platform and by replying to our emails\. We monitor these channels constantly and guarantee a response within one minute, making this the fastest way to reach us\. While a contact number is provided, phone calls are only monitored during standard business hours\.

Pet Policy
We are pet\-friendly\! The HOA allows up to 2 non\-aggressive pets per stay\. A one\-time pet fee is required at booking\. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, kept off all furniture, and leashed outside\. Please clean up after potty breaks immediately\. A $150 fee applies for any pet damage or if these rules aren’t followed\.

Check\-In, Checkout & Schedule Requests
Standard check\-in is at 4:00 p\.m\. and checkout is at 10:00 a\.m\.
Early check\-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking\. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed\. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a\.m\.

Parking and Vehicle Rules
The driveway accommodates a maximum of 3 mid\-sized or smaller vehicles\. Please note that 3 large vehicles \(such as minivans, SUVs, or trucks\) will not fit together\. If your vehicles do not fit entirely within the driveway boundaries, they must be moved to the Clubhouse lot for a fee of $10\.70 per night\.

To fit 3 cars, you must park two side\-by\-side at the top of the driveway and the third car sideways \(perpendicularly\) behind them\. No part of the vehicle can hang over the curb into the street or touch the grass\.

RVs, camper vans, buses, moving trucks, and trailers are not permitted at the townhome\. These must be registered at the front desk for a fee of $10\.70 per night \($10 \+ tax\) and parked in the Clubhouse parking lot\.

The Resort HOA is strict\. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard at all times, especially overnight\. Failure to display a pass, parking on the grass, or parking in the street will result in fines from the HOA\. Vehicles left parked illegally for extended periods are subject to being towed at the owner's expense\.
