Welcome to Sterling Shores 302\.  This beautiful three\-bedroom, two\-bathroom condo features a coffee station, updated kitchen, and so much more\.  Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening drink of choice on your spacious third floor balcony overlooking lush landscaping with peak\-a\-boo gulf views\. The chef of the group will love the kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space for preparing anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal\. Whether you're gathering around the dining table that seats six or having a casual meal at the breakfast bar that seats four, this space is designed for both comfort and style\. Unwind in the living area on a cozy sectional and recliner while you watch your favorite movie at the end of the day\. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and TV\. An attached bathroom offers a bathtub and separate walk\-in shower\. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed, tv, and direct access to the hallway bathroom\. The Sterling Shores Association is completing a weatherproofing project on the exterior of the building\. Substantial completion of the project, including full unit and balcony access, is scheduled for the end of February 2026\. Contractors will still be present onsite to complete remaining items; however, guests should experience minimal impact and no significant noise\. The project is expected to be fully completed no later than the first week of April 2026, weather dependent\. Compass Resorts will work with any guests affected by the project to provide the best vacation experience possible\. If you have any questions, please give us a call\.
