HOUSE RULES STERLING SHORES
• Minimum age to book is 25\. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay\. 
• This is a pet\-free property\. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals\.
• Check\-in begins at 4:00 pm CST \| Check\-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Easy self check\-in via personalized door code\. Guests will receive 5 total wristbands\. Replacements are $25/each\.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas\.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages\. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund\.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher\.
