This ski\-in/ski\-out, multi\-level residence delivers unparalleled access to the slopes as it’s just 15 feet to the Highlands Skiway from the ski room, and offers a great room with vaulted ceilings, a wood\-burning fireplace and game table, an upgraded kitchen with gas range, and a dining table for eight\. Additional features include five guest suites, each with an attached bathroom \(one with a king size bed, three with a queen size bed, and a bunk room with twin\-over\-twin beds plus another twin bed with trundle\), a washer/dryer, and one\-car garage\. 
 
Guests will appreciate the convenience of true ski\-in/ski\-out access via the Haymeadow Skiway, with your stay ideally situated at the base of the Highlands Lift\. From the skiway, you can easily ski down to Centennial for seamless access to the main base area\. You’ll also be conveniently located next to the Beaver Creek tennis and pickleball courts, offering great options for year\-round recreation\. Amenities include a year\-round heated outdoor pool, baby pool, and two hot tubs, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes\.
