Effective 2022 The Village HOA has banned the use of golf carts, scooters and Mokes\. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches\.

Spring Break Curfew Notice:
Please be advised that March 1 – April 19, a 7:00 PM curfew for unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 will be in effect in coordination with the Walton County Sheriff's Office\.
This policy applies to Seaside, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the majority of communities along 30A, all of which are enforcing these Spring Break safety regulations in unison with local law enforcement\.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with community guidelines and local regulations\.
