This well\-appointed third\-floor studio is located just a stone's throw from the soccer stadium and a 3\-minute drive to Over the Rhine and the city's best bars, restaurants, and retail, not to mention Findlay Market and Rhinegeist\.

We absolutely love our city but is also important for guests to know that this is a mixed\-income, urban neighborhood\. $800,000 condos exist side\-by\-side with low\-income housing\. One block east of this property are a number of vacant properties that are in the process of being rehabbed, while just a few blocks southwest you'll find Findlay Market, where thousands of tourists and locals visit each weekend for Ohio's longest\-running farmers market\. Please be prepared to see and experience people of all walks of life \-\- from homeless panhandlers to well\-paid lawyers and architects\.

Getting around is a breeze\- you are just a 3\-5 minute drive from the closest Streetcar stop, where you can hop on and go just about anywhere in the city\! Walk to TQL Stadium which is 0\.7 miles away, or grab a quick uber/lyft to anywhere in the downtown area\!
