I want to be considerate of my neighbors, not allow any gatherings, and take up neighborhood parking spaces\. Please do not ask for an exception\. Exterior security cameras will be used to monitor parties or event activities\.

To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed\.

This house is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea\. The kitchen is equipped with cups, plates, pots, frying pans, and cooking utensils\. However, the kitchen is not supplied with cooking oil, butter, olive oil, condiments, etc\. Not providing these items help keep the kitchen extremely clean for every new guests\. The only seasoning that is provided is the salt and pepper\.
