This amazing apartment is in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids\. My neighbors are quiet and friendly working professionals\. The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer\.\.\. museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events \(and its Beer City designation\) have brought in visitors from around the world\.
