Welcome to our charming 3\-bedroom, 2\-bathroom home, located just a short 10\-minute drive away from Notre Dame\. This cozy and comfortable house is perfect for couples, small families, or a group of friends coming to South Bend\.

The living area is spacious and inviting, with plenty of natural light flooding in through the windows\. There is a comfortable sofa and armchair, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day\.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area, tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and a flat\-screen TV for entertainment\. The adjoining dining area has ample space for  your guests to enjoy a meal together\.

There is one bedroom that has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a trundle single bed\. Each bedroom is equipped with dressers and a closet\. The bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable beds and fresh linens to ensure a restful night's sleep\.

You'll find a fully finished basement in the home that features a spacious living room area along with a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a full bathroom\. 

The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals\.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries\.
