The main\-floor primary bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en\-suite bath\. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the open loft, accessed by a spiral staircase, provides two additional twin beds and a TV with DVD/VCR—ideal for kids or extra guests\.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to a bright dining area with seating for six\. Unwind in the cozy living room with a flat\-screen TV and DVD/VCR, or step outside through sliding doors to the private patio, complete with outdoor dining and a gas grill—perfect for summer meals\.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.
